Hi, my name is mostlynick and I specialize in one-button macros to help me facilitate my addiction for multiboxing.
I’ve been working on a multiboxing tool the last half year that handles key broadcasting, window management, and other quality-of-life features for my multiboxing addiction. It’s designed to work well with private servers and follows standard multiboxing practices. It’s also compatible with a range number of other games as through round robin.
Quick Demo:

Getting Started:
Interested? You have two options to get NickBox running:
- Python Installation: Install Python and pip the required source code imports
- Windows .exe: Download the .exe binary from https://github.com/mostlynick3/NickBox/releases
Note: Antivirus software may flag the precompiled binary as suspicious due to PyInstaller’s nature - this is a common false positive with compiled Python executables. This can be circumvented by running the .py script directly.
Key Features:
- Key broadcasting across multiple WoW clients
- Window management and positioning
- Supports both direct key broadcasting (old WotLK style multiboxing) and round robin (newer multiboxing style)
- Open source - check the code here
- Lightweight and efficient Python implementation
Requirements:
- Python 3.7+ (if running from source)
- Compatible with WotLK 3.3.5a clients
- Only works on Windows for now, but should work fine on MacOS and Linux in Windows containers. Linux version may come later this year.
