Concluding notes:
- Pestilence: These macros do not account for Pestilence refreshes, as this is not a significant concern for single target rotations.
- Hysteria: Hysteria is used on cooldown and works well with bosses where you burst on the start, such as DBS. Remove it from the SDM macro if you prefer to use it manually.
- Dancing Rune Weapon: Used on cooldown in combat via GSE. Consider saving for burn phases if manually controlling.
- Raise Dead: Summoned automatically in combat.
- Army of the Dead: Not covered by this macro as it hampers rotation for a few rounds of runes. Use manually, if need be. Though, if you ask me, the Army is best used as a defensive cooldown anyway, not as a DPS bonus.
