Hi, my name is mostlynick and I specialize in one-button macros to help me facilitate my addiction for multiboxing.
As with other classes, I also multibox and extensively macro PvE rotations for Feral Druids in bear form.
Requirements:
SuperDuperMacro (SDM) addon, available at https://yggdrasilwow.com/page/downloads. GSE is not used here, as opposed to most of my other setups.
Positioning and targeting is managed through follow/assist mechanics for multiboxing with the druid as a slave character. Ideally, you’d play the main tank and have the Feral druid be the off tank as it follows you.
SDM Macro - Single Target Tanking:
/startattack
/castsequence reset=target,5 Mangle (Bear),Faerie Fire (Feral),Lacerate,Lacerate,Lacerate,Mangle (Bear),Faerie Fire (Feral),Lacerate,Lacerate,null
/castsequence reset=3 Faerie Fire (Feral),Mangle (Bear),Lacerate,Lacerate,Swipe (Bear)
/cast !Maul
SDM Macro - AoE Tanking:
/startattack
/castsequence [stance:1] reset=15 Swipe (Bear),Swipe (Bear),Demoralizing Roar,Swipe (Bear),Swipe (Bear),Swipe (Bear),Swipe (Bear),Swipe (Bear),Swipe (Bear)
/cast [stance:1] !Maul
Concluding notes:
- Bear weaving hybrid: This macro is aimed at bear weaving hybrid with low Mangle usage. Mangle is not specced. Swap out a Lacerate or Swipe for Mangle if speccing your Mangle cooldown reduction.
- Demoralizing Roar: Consider adding Demoralizing Roar to the single target macro if fighting melee-heavy encounters. Late game fights tend to have more erratic melee damage on trash than bosses, hence why Demoralizing Roar is essential on trash but optional on bosses.
- Threat glyphs: Glyph of Maul and Glyph of Mangle are assumed for these macros to function optimally.
Hope you find this useful. Good luck in your macroing adventures!
